"Relationships are the agents of change and the most powerful therapy is human love"

A bit About Counselling
Therapy is more than just talking about your problems. It is co-creating new ways to experience the world, in your thoughts, body, and emotions. We will work together, using evidence-based approaches, to help you learn coping strategies, process past events and create your authentic life. I work from an overall frame of mindfulness, incorporating other orientations in as needed including: sensorimotor, internal family systems therapy, CBT and solution-focused therapies. There is a unique blend for you which I will strive to uncover. The relationship is the most important part, so bring yourself and I will be here.
